By EFT into our Standard Bank account. Every invoice shows the bank details and the reference to use. After paying you can upload your proof of payment in your portal, and we confirm it against our bank statement.

Yes. If you pay monthly, you can set up a recurring payment or debit order from your own banking app to our account, using the client reference shown in your portal, which stays the same every month. You stay in control of it and can stop it from your banking app.

We set up your hosting once your first payment reflects in our account, and your paid period starts from that date. We email you when your account is ready.

We send your renewal invoice before your paid period ends. Pay it by the due date and your hosting carries on as normal. If an invoice stays unpaid, we will contact you before suspending anything.

Yes. Request a different plan from your portal. We adjust your account and the new price applies from your next invoice.

Request cancellation from your portal. Your hosting stays on until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew. Payments already made are not refunded, so choose monthly billing if you are unsure.

We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to your invoice.

Domains are billed separately each year. For example: .co.za R120.00, .com R280.00, .org.za R120.00, .net.za R120.00. You can also keep a domain you already own and point it at your hosting.
