No. We look after websites wherever they are hosted. If you do move your hosting to us, everything sits in one account and one invoice, which is simpler for both of us.
Text and image updates, new pages, prices and specials, products, team members, menus, forms, and the small fixes that come with a live website. Anything bigger, like a redesign or a new system, we quote separately so you always know what you are paying for.
They do not roll over. You are paying for the website being looked after every month, not only for the hours, and most months the updates, backups and checks happen whether you ask for anything or not.
We tell you before we go over, and quote the extra work. You decide whether to approve it or move up a plan.

Yes. Ask in your portal and the plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, then stops. Payments already made are not refunded, and nothing of yours is held back.
