We get in, work out what happened, clean it up, and put protection in place so it does not happen again. You hear what we find and what it will cost before we carry on.
The starting price covers a straightforward job. Anything bigger is quoted before we begin, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
By EFT into our Standard Bank account, usually a deposit to start and the balance on handover. Your invoice shows the bank details and the reference to use.
